There appears to be还是There app

There be与appear搭配用时是There appears to be，但英语可以说There appears to have吗？

There be 与 appear 搭配用时是 There appears to be…，意思是“好像有……”“看来有……”“仿佛有……”。如：

There appears to be a mistake.好像有一个错误。

There appears to be a problem with the oil pressure. 看来是油压出了问题。
